After spending some time trying out the products from my January Box, here are my thoughts on each:
K-PAK Revitaluxe (sample value $2.51)- As I said before, I am not big on K-PAK products, but I did enjoy this conditioner. It made my hair very soft and manageable. I did leave the conditioner in my hair for several minutes under a shower caps before I rinsed. I am definitely keeping this to myself. Sorry girls! ;)
LaROCCA Skincare Lip Shield (FULL SIZE sample value $16)- I cannot express enough how much I ADORE this balm. I make sure it goes in my pocket each morning before I leave the house (I teach) and use it throughout the day because I love the way it feels. I have noticed that the condition of my lips in general has improved since using this. I will certainly be a repeat buyer!
Strivectin Get Even Brightening Serum (sample value $13.08)- I really like this serum and use it each night. It works like a moisturizer and gives my complexion a nice glow.
MAD Skincare Illuminating Daily Moisturizer (sample value $3.21)- I LOVE this product! I like the thickness of the moisturizer as well as how easily it covers my skin. I am going to save this little jewel for the summer as my travel luxury item of choice.
Shea Terra Rose Hips Black Soap Deep Pore Facial Cleanser (sample value $4.50)- This was a very fun product to sample. You actually apply the cleanser to your face and leave it on for 5 minutes before rinsing. It goes on with a brownish hue, so it looks a bit like dirt. FYI, it was pretty amusing chasing after my dog while wearing it. Lets just say, she does NOT like the product the way I do ;) I love the tightness to my face, even after rinsing clean. I like the slight, rich foam that it creates once water is applied. I will be purchasing the full size of this as well, which comes with a pump = <3
Myface Cosmetics Bling Tone Eyeshadow in Morococo (FULL SIZE sample value $20)- This was my absolute FAVORITE sample (with the LaROCCA lip shield being a VERY close second)! I use this alone on days that I want a hint of sparkle without overdoing it. I also apply it over my usual look for that extra hint of glamour! I think I have used this product every day this month. Yet another product I will be purchasing soon.
*Not only do I want to brag about the products, I also wanted to brag about the company for a moment as well. The day I first purchased my box was very frustrating because I would get so far and the server would kick me out due to high demand. When I FINALLY got through (score!) I did not completely understand how it worked. I only chose three items. I realized my mistake and sent an email, but before they even received it, I had a message telling me that they noticed I only chose three products and would I like to add 3 more. Talk about being on the ball! The employees are very personable and easily approachable. They are always interacting with customers on Facebook and are so enthusiastic about the company. I know that I can rely on them to answer any questions I may have in a quick and helpful manner. I am certainly not regretting my choice to join and am looking forward to choosing my products and blogging about them next month! See you then!
